Rinse the leaves, stem, and beets well. Chop stems up to the leaves. Place minced garlic and stems in a pan on medium heat. Then cut leaves in 3s or leave whole and then cut beets in small chunks. Put leaves in the pan and add half of the balsamic vinegar. Let cook for a few minutes and then add the beets and the remaining balsamic vinegar and seasonings and let cook for about 5 minuted with the top on and stirring occasionally. Now enjoy! Be sure to not overcook the beets they should have a slight crunch to them.
