The Easiest and Healthiest 3 Ingredient Oat Flour Pizza Dough

3 Ingredient Pizza Dough

This is an extremely easy dough made from ingredients you more than likely have right in your home. It is gluten free and is made from oat flour. What makes this dough so incredibly healthy is the fact that it is packed with nutrients like Zinc, Folate, Iron, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium and more.

This dough is very versatile as well, we use this same dough as a base to make flat bread for certain sandwiches and tortilla wraps.

So, let’s get started making this easy and healthy dough.

Yields: 18” pan crust or 4-6 Individual pizzas

Ingredients

2 cups Hot water

2 1/2 cups Oat Flour

1 teaspoon Baking powder

1/4 teaspoon Salt

Optional

1 tablespoon Grape seed oil (can use oil of choice)

2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast (great for a cheesy flavor)

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian Season

1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

Pour hot water into a glass or metal bowl and add salt and baking powder and stir. Now, slowly add in oat flour while stirring with a whisk or spoon, making sure there are no lumps. After it’s well mixed, cover the dough with a cloth or paper towel and allow the dough to rest for about 15 min or until cooled. Once it is cooled you can fold dough with a spatula until the dough is easy to handle with out it sticking to hands or the bowl. Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes. And now your pizza dough is all ready to be rolled, pressed and topped with your favorite toppings.
